What should I do if I have questions or concerns about my Cooper Tire reward or want to contact someone directly?

You can contact a Cooper Tire representative via email at coopertirerebates@young-america.com or call 888-288-0369 with any questions or concerns about your reward request.


How do I qualify for a Cooper Tire reward?

Purchase four (4) new qualifying Cooper tires (in a single transaction) from March 1through April 15, 2014. Be sure to include your completed mail-in form, along with your original dated sales receipt showing the qualifying Cooper tire, purchase price and tire size. Mail to:

Approved claims in Canada will receive in Canadian dollars in the form of a Cooper Tire Prepaid Mastercard® Card issued by CitiBank, N.A. To be eligible, all mail-in requests must be postmarked no later than May 15, 2014. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


What are the qualifying Cooper tires for this reward?

The qualifying Cooper tires and reward amounts for this event are:

$80 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: Discoverer A/T3 and Discoverer CTS tires.

$70 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: Cooper Zeon RS3-A and Cooper Zeon RS3-S tires.

$60 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: CS4 Touring, Discoverer H/T, Discoverer H/T Plus, and Discoverer HT3 tires.

$50 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires: CS3 Touring tires.

Substitutions are not eligible.


Where do I mail the reward form and sales receipt?

How long will it take to receive my reward?

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after Cooper Tire receives the mail-in request for delivery of the prepaid Mastercard® card.


How can I check the status of my reward?

To check the status of your reward online, please visit the Check Reward Status page here.


I looked up my status online and it says "your reward could not be processed.” What does this mean?

This message means the request could not be processed because there are irregularities with your mail-in reward form or sales receipt. The original paperwork will be mailed to you with a letter of explanation from the fulfillment center. If the request was denied for a reason that can be corrected, you have the opportunity to resubmit corrected documents and still receive a reward. Please make note of program deadlines when resubmitting. If you have questions after reviewing the letter from the fulfillment center, email a Cooper Tire representative at coopertirerebates@young america.com or call 888-288-0369.


How do I use the Cooper Tire prepaid Mastercard® card?

The prepaid card is activated by calling the toll-free phone number provided on the card and card mailer. It can then be used everywhere MasterCard debit cards are accepted. Carefully read all information provided on the mailer regarding activation and use of the card. The card will expire 6 months from the month of issue.


I sent in the reward form, and after 6 – 8 weeks I still have not received my card. What do I do?

To verify the status of your reward, please email a Cooper Tire representative at coopertirerebates@young america.com or call 888-288-0369 and a representative will assist you.


How do I check the balance of my prepaid Mastercard® card?

Your balance can be obtained by visiting Citi’s website at www.prepaid.citi.com or by calling Citi’s Customer Service Center at 888-471-6759.


What can I do if my prepaid Mastercard® card is lost, stolen or used without my authorization?

To report a lost or stolen prepaid MasterCard card, please contact Citi by calling the Customer Service Center at 888-471-6759. Citi will research the usage history and may choose to cancel the card. Citi will decide whether a replacement card will be sent for the remaining balance.
